PNM program helps small businesses save energy
PNM has launched PNM Quick Saver, a new program to help small businesses cut energy costs.
A PNM-approved contractor does an on-site assessment to identify energy-saving opportunities and presents the proposal to the customer.
If the customer approves the proposal, the contractor files the necessary paperwork with PNM and installs the measures. PNM pays a portion of the project costs directly to the contractor.
The customer pays the balance and is usually able to recover those out-of-pocket costs through utility savings in less than a year. PNM can help businesses find savings opportunities in lighting, refrigeration and more.
To apply for PNM Quick Saver, call Alena Gilchrist at (505) 241-4428 or e-mail
