Horse kick, fall puts cowboy on life support

A 34-year-old Belen man remains on life support today after he was kicked in the head by a horse at the Galisteo Rodeo on Sunday, said Sheriff Greg Solano.

Kenneth Mc Osker was thrown from a horse about 3 p.m. Sunday and sustained traumatic head injuries after being kicked, he said. He was taken to Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center.
