Investigators said they might have enough information to request a search warrant in the coming days, but they wouldn't elaborate on that information.

Video released Friday shows a gray-haired man wearing what appears to be a nightshirt pull up in an Audi sport utility vehicle or wagon at 1:20 a.m. on April 11. The man gets out of his vehicle and walks in front of the specially equipped SUV, which has a video camera recording at all times, and fires at least five rounds from a handgun.

The vehicle was parked in the 700 block of Bishops Lodge Road. None of the camera equipment was damaged.

Since police released the video Friday, YouTube clips of the incident have appeared on websites around the country.
