Feb. 20, 1963: While legislators have been holding up their hands in horror over the claims of Pancho Padilla that he owned the Legislature, many have been attending parties thrown by another person closely connected with the liquor industry. Paul Case, Albuquerque public relations man, gave another of his parties last night at the town House. According to reports the word “liquor” wasn’t mentioned other than when used in ordering another drink.
