Filming on The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is a wrap, but actress Willow Shields is staying busy by spreading holiday cheer in her hometown of Albuquerque. The actress has been documenting her “26 acts of kindness” project through Instagram for her thousands of followers. Among Shields’ good deeds so far: writing an encouraging letter to a random person, buying lunch for a policewoman and taking sleeping bags to the homeless. Even little things can have a positive impact! The 12-year-old, who plays Katniss Everdeen’s little sister, Prim, in the franchise, might be spending more time away from home in the near future. She has three film projects in pre-production.

Daredevil Felix Baumgartner’s journey to the edge of space and back — and the preparation leading up to the jump — have been documented for Blu-ray and DVD. Space Dive: The Red Bull Stratos Story was recently released, but there’s one hitch — right now you’ve got to order from Amazon Germany. So if you want to see more of Fearless Felix, be ready to pay for international shipping.

Santa Fe-raised supermodel Arizona Muse will be vamping it up in Miu Miu’s sultry Spring/Summer 2013 campaign. The ads also feature Doutzen Kroes, Adriana Lima, Malgosia Bela, Bette Franke, Martha Hunt and Tamara Weijenberg. The campaign has a seductive and voyeuristic feel to it — models lounge around in red-walled rooms, wearing furs and silk and, in some pictures, have their backs turned to the camera or their faces and other body parts cropped out. See the moody images at miumiu.com.

Back to the Future star Christopher Lloyd was spotted enjoying an afternoon latte last Saturday at El Farol.

Taos resident Julia RobertsAugust: Osage County, in which she co-stars with sometime-Santa Fe visitor Meryl Streep, is now in post-production. Her next project deals with early 1980s AIDS activism. The Normal Heart is based on the autobiographical Larry Kramer play of the same name, and also stars White Collar’s Matt Bomer, Alec Baldwin and Mark Ruffalo.

J. Crew, also known as where La Mitotera deposits her paycheck, shot its most recent style guide at White Sands National Monument in Alamogordo, amidst a backdrop of gorgeous, colorful hot air balloons and a brilliant blue sky. Check out some of the shots at jcrew.com.
