The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:
• A 1992 blue Ford F150 pickup was stolen from the Rail Runner South Capitol Station parking lot, 1301 Alta Vista St., sometime between 5 p.m. Aug. 3 and 9 a.m. Wednesday.
• Someone tore the plastic window of a Mazda MXS convertible parked in the 4100 block of South Meadows Road and stole the car stereo and a black-and-silver MP3 music player between 8:30 p.m. Wednesday and 7:10 a.m. Thursday.
• A 37-inch Visio LCD TV, 50 DVDs and two fishing poles were stolen from a house in the 500 block of Sunset Street between 1 p.m. Tuesday and sometime Wednesday.
• A washer, dryer and refrigerator were stolen from a residence in the 4300 block of Juniper Hills Lane at about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
• Someone stole jewelry, a snowboard, a white mountain bike and clothing from a residence in the 400 block of Apodaca Hill between 6 and 11 p.m. Wednesday.
• Julie Trujillo, 37, 2190 West Alameda St., was arrested at about 2:54 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of Michelle Drive on charges of burglary and possession of a controlled substance after she allegedly was found in possession of a homeowner’s prescription medication.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the following reports:
• A 1997 red Volkswagen Jetta was taken from a home off South Chamisa Drive sometime Aug. 1.
• Someone forced open a door and took a gun, bullets and three down vests from a home in the 1100 block of Sunshine Way between 11:10 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. Thursday.
• Aaron Mathis, 39, no address listed, was charged with trying to bring contraband into a prison after a mail handler found Suboxone in a letter addressed to Mathis.
• About $300 in damage was done to a window when someone tried to enter a house off Tano Road at about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.
• Roberto Carlos Parra, 28, 7 Loma del Tanque, was arrested on a charge of battery for allegedly slapping a woman.
• A man reported Thursday that someone took his 1951 Mercury passenger car that he dropped off about a year ago at a shop on Dail Circle.
• Collectible rifles and shotguns, as well as jewelry, were reported missing Thursday from a store off Tesuque Village Road.
• A woman reported someone took flatware, a watch, a wedding band and a diamond sometime between May and August from her home off Hondo Lane.
