The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:
• Two jackets were reported stolen Saturday from a residence in the 200 block of Galisteo Street.
• Xenia E. Valasquez, 32, of Santa Fe was arrested Sunday on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and battery upon a household member in connection with an alleged assault with a butcher knife on her boyfriend at a residence in the 2000 block of Calle Lorca.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:
• A TV and a laptop computer were found Saturday in the brush near a home in the Riverside Mobile Home Park where neighbors earlier saw a man kick in the door and then enter the residence with another man.
• A camera, a video game system, a laptop computer and an iPod were stolen between Aug. 23 and Thursday from a home on Prairie Vista in Rancho Viejo. Entry was made through an unlocked door.
• A resident of a home on Calle Enrique in northern Santa Fe County told investigators that $7,500 was stolen from the home on Friday. The thief or thieves apparently entered through an open bathroom window.
DWI arrests
• Santa Fe police arrested Brian J. Lowery, 29, of Santa Fe on Saturday on suspicion of driving under the influence — third offense — and driving on a revoked or suspended license.
• Daniel Montoya, 26, of Santa Fe was arrested by city police Saturday on charges of driving under the influence and obstructing or resisting an officer after a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Siler Street.
• Nestor Cabello-Devora, 26, of Santa Fe was arrested Sunday on charges of driving under the influence, no proof of insurance and possession of marijuana after a traffic stop at Richards and Cerrillos roads.
Speed SUV
• Today's location of the Santa Fe Police Department's mobile speed enforcement vehicle: Near Wood Gormley Elementary School on eastbound Booth Street between Don Gaspar Avenue and Webster Street from 7:25 to 8:15 a.m., and from 2:10 to 2:55 p.m.; when not near the school, the vehicle will be on Don Gaspar between Cordova and San Mateo roads.
