The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:
  • Veronica Carrillo was arrested at 2841 Cerrillos Road on Saturday on charges of selling/giving alcohol to a minor and possession of a controlled substance.
  • A man reported he was assaulted by an unknown man March 6 while walking near 729 St. Michael's Drive. The victim lost consciousness and when he awoke his arm hurt.
  • Two flat-screen televisions were stolen Friday from a residence in the 700 block of Dunlap Street.
  • A 10-foot Burmese Albino Python, a 3-foot Red Tail Boa and two iguanas were stolen sometime between Thursday night and Friday morning from Jurassic Pets, 1406 Third St.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:
  • A car stereo, a battery charger and two stadium chairs were stolen Friday from a vehicle parked on Willy Road.

This week's locations for the Santa Fe Police Department's Photo Enforcement Vehicle. School zones are patrolled 7:25-8:15 a.m. and again 2:10-2:55 p.m., and general zones are patrolled the remainder of day.

Monday: School zone — Caesár Chávez Elementary School on Jaguar Drive between Del Sol and Avenida Contenta. General zone — Airport Road at Fields Lane (westbound traffic).

Tuesday: School zone — Larragoite Elementary School on Agua Fría Street between Avenida Cristobal Colon and Velarde Street. General zone — Calle Atajo, between Senda del Valle and Acequia Borrada.

Wednesday: School zone — Salazar Elementary School between Rosina Street and Kiva Road. General zone — Siler Road between Agua Fría Street and Alameda Street (southbound traffic).

Thursday: School zone — Ortiz Middle School, Jaguar Drive to .2 miles north of Jaguar on South Meadows Road. General zone — South Meadows Road, midway between Jaguar Drive and Airport Road.

Friday: School zone — Chaparral Elementary School on Zia Road between Yucca Avenue and Vo-Tech Road. General zone — Cerrillos Road, .2 miles south of Governor Miles Road (northbound traffic).
