The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:
The tailgate from a Ford F-350 was stolen Sunday from the truck, which was parked at Olive Garden, 3781 Cerrillos Road.
A Santa Fe woman was found dead Saturday at her residence in the 2300 block of Santa Barbara Drive. Police reported no signs of foul play.
Police arrested Cesar Aceves-Domi, 26, 4551 Paseo del Sol, on Sunday and charged him with criminal damage to property and resisting arrest.
Officers arrested Sandra Tapia, age unavailable, 2732 Alamosa Drive on Sunday and charged her with battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and being a minor under the influence of alcohol.
An unknown person shot out two plate glass windows at Manitou Gallery, 123 W. Palace Ave., with a BB gun on Saturday or Sunday.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:
Power tools were stolen Monday from a home under construction on Via Altera in the Aldea subdivision.
Coins valued at about $500 were stolen Monday from a residence on Jemez Road.
A 37-year-old man was found dead Sunday at his residence in Lamy. No signs of foul play were reported.
An air compressor and a chain saw were stolen Sunday from a residence on Calleja Miramonte in Eldorado.
A diamond ring, $146 in cash and other items were stolen Sunday from a residence on Calle Nueva Vista.
A 50-inch television and a 26-inch television were stolen Sunday from a residence on Theresa Lane.
Deputies arrested Christina Points, 22, address unavailable, on Sunday and charged her with possession of heroin.
A 36-inch flat-screen television was stolen Sunday from a residence on Rivers Edge Lane.
DWI arrests
City police officers arrested Abel Carrillo, 18, 17 Sunrise Road, on Monday and charged him with driving while intoxicated. Officers working an event at College of Santa Fe saw Carrillo hit another car and not stop. When they pulled him over, they discovered signs of intoxication, including a breath-alcohol content above the legal driving limit.
