Ruiz's DWI history shows high BAC levels

James Ruiz has been arrested for drunken driving six times, including Friday's arrest after a crash that killed two sisters on Cerrillos Road. In each of those cases, the 34-year-old Ruiz's blood or breath alcohol content was far more than double the legal driving limit of 0.08. The following a list of those alcohol levels:

December 1995: No information available, Santa Fe

January 2001: 0.22, Albuquerque

June 2003: 0.22, Santa Fe

October 2005: 0.26, Farmington

May 2008: 0.35, Santa Fe

March 2010: 0.22, Santa Fe
