Question: I'm a 13-year-old girl. I am 5'8", and my weight constantly fluctuates between 193 lbs and 201 lbs. I am a vegetarian, eat as normally as I can, and get most of my exercise by walking around town with my friends for anywhere from a half hour to three hours at least 2 or 3 times a week.
