Curves involved in area food drive

Curves of Santa Fe is encouraging women in the area to participate in the annual Curves Food Drive. The local Curves is offering incentives for both existing and potential members who participate.

From March 1-31, Curves of Santa Fe will collect nonperishable items and cash for food banks. The goal, according to Jane Livingstone of Curves of Santa Fe, is for the community to come together to help families in need.

Santa Fe attorneys named to select list

Eight attorneys for Montgomery & Andrews, P.A. have been included in the 2010 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, a national peer-review survey.

The eight are: John B. Draper (environmental law, natural resources law, water law); Stephen S. Hamilton (condemnation and eminent domain law); Edmund H. Kendrick (environmental law); Gary Kilpatric (government relations law); Nancy M. King (government relations law); Walter J. Melendres (medical malpractice law, personal injury law); Thomas W. Olson (administrative law, energy law, health care), and Louis W. Rose (administrative law, environmental law).

iServe opens branch in Santa Fe

iServe Residential Lending has opened a branch office in Santa Fe. iServe is a national, full-service mortgage bank headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz. The company offers home loans in 16 states.

According to the company, the Santa Fe branch is staffed by local mortgage professionals with experience in the Santa Fe market. The branch is managed by Lawrence Gress, a senior mortgage loan originator for the past eight years with Gress Financial, LLC.

Local residential and commercial mortgage lender Marty Enfield, a Santa Fe mortgage loan originator for the past 16 years, has also joined the company.

Heritage Hotels names Perez president

Longtime hotelier Adrian Perez, executive vice president of Heritage Hotels and Resorts, an Albuquerque hotel-management company, has been promoted to president.

Pam Bazant-Jung, the current president of Heritage, will become the new senior strategic planning adviser and will work closely with Jim Long, CEO of Heritage, and the executive team identifying strategic opportunities for the company, a statement said.

Heritage has hotels in Santa Fe, Albuquerque and elsewhere.
